We know you’re excited to receive your pet’s favourites! Once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, tracking details will be provided by the shipping or delivery company.

How Tracking Works

Place your order with Petofiy.
We process and prepare your order for shipment.
Once your parcel is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.
Use the tracking information provided by the courier to check your parcel’s delivery status.

Important Information

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your parcel is handed to the delivery company.
Delivery updates, estimated arrival dates, and parcel status are managed by the shipping or delivery company.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.
If you have not received tracking information after a few business days, please contact us with your order number.
